Its cloudy today (praying for more rain) very cold last night 7c So of course our heating wasn't communicating with our living room zapper...Living room says its 21 c NO IT ISN'T ...
OH has to go into town and talk to Zapper man to see if we have messed up the controls...( yes we have, haven't we )
I'm ok with it, as I'm in bed after a night of puking ,following OH's attempt at heating up a disgusting apple strudel he bought in the frozen section...It wasn't 'obviously' cooked.
It does mean I get the duvet, and the blankets, and the hot water bottle.

If you ate a frozen apple strudel no wonder you are in bed with a hot water bottle:hysterical:

It's a bit warmer here but it has rained all day as well, so you traded another soggy humid rainy Texas day for a colder rainy day in the UK.
Hope everything is going ok!

The winter has been very mild by Toronto’s usual winter climate. We haven’t had many sub zero days and haven’t had much snow. It’s snowed a few times but only a few inches and it has usually disappeared within a week.

Same here, though we've dipped below zero a few times, albeit rarely, and we're looking at almost 50F/10C on Sunday. I love mild winters.

Sadly it's not mild enough for no snow so I am still coming down on the 'winter was a mistake' side of the argument right now.

It’s 7 here but it’s been raining on and off since we had a storm coming into the UK. Then we had a little bit of sunshine. Now it’s pouring down.

Storm Ciara has done a bit of damage, caused flooding in some areas and high winds have knocked down trees and disrupted electricity supplies and travel.
