As a special concession I think you should be able to use either Celsius or Fahrenheit scales, as you wish. I've seen -44 and +44 Celsius here, and that's a hell of a variation.

The overnight low was 3.7C (38.6F) which is the coldest September temp since Sep 29th, 1983.

This place would shut down at those temps, doubt the sky train would even be able to operate considering a small amount of snow can shut it down.......Don't think we could even maintain our apartment at a warm enough temp if it was -40 here, not designed for such cold.
