As much as I despise Suarez, after that lackluster Italian performance today that consigns us to a plane ride home, I hope they join us. Costa Rica to top with Uruguay through as runners up is what I want.

To be fair most of us did think we'd last only the 3 games, but I bet none of us saw Costa Rica being the first side through. Good for them, Joel Campbell is some player.

So France, looking a bit lively today, which is a surprise.

So that's a couple of players going for golden boot on 3 so far and quite a few on 2 already.

Switzerland might give Zaire a run for their money here.

How the hell are they seeds?

So what are the odds that England get swept 3/3 for defeats?

They couldn't beat a wife after a create of Stella, so yeah, likely.

Considering Costa Rica have looked like the best team in the group so far, there's a good chance.

Either that or England will play a blinder and everyone will be asking where the f'ck that was for the last two games.

I have been thinking they'll pull a 1986. Sterling will come out of nowhere with a hat trick ...

... and it will be all for nothing.

I'm wanting the Germans to win as well, as I love their league system, which is the model for "supporters" throughout the world. Followed by Holland, however I do have one bet at the bookies and thats he outsider which I fully expect to lose... you never know though... The Yanks at 200-1... Reasons It's in the Americas plus they tend to "own" the concacaf region.

Wouldn't it be great to see the European teams Gazumped on those big money transfers by the Yanks in the not too distant future... We might get our English players back in regular top team football again then..
