Just checked out the 6 O'clock BBC news and Paula is the newslead, but when you see her story of missed Olympic Gold followed by that of the starvation happening in Sudan then you wonder where on earth the BBC get their priorities.
Come on Paula, look at the scenes from Sudan that'll stop your self pity.

You try running 26.2 miles in 90 degree heat doing 5 minute miles and up hills, with pollution and asthma.
I've been there (not the five minute mile part, no way in hell, I'm a plodder, nor the asthma). If you get overheated you can't do a damn thing about it - the brain and the body shut down.
