I think we built our new stadium at the right time and are doing very well with the new Highbury Square development.

Wolves were poor but even if they weren't the Scousers were pretty handy today.
the second goal was quality.

However the biggest headline of this match was the fact that a couple of Sky pundits made inappropriate comments about the female assistant ref:

'Host Richard Keys and pundit Andy Gray commented on Ms Massey's appointment for the game between Wolves and Liverpool on Saturday.

Believing their microphones were off, the pair agreed female officials "don't know the offside rule
".

Bloody cheek!!!

The picture's been clearly doctored - she's holding Sainsbury's bags and I know for a fact she shops in Tescos.

Andy Gray has been fired as a result.

Seems he was "disciplined" yesterday and fired today as a result of further information coming to light. Ridiculously out of touch as his comments were, it seems harsh to me to fire him for something he appears to have said before he was censured yesterday, its not as if it was a further new tirade that got him the boot. Not that I will miss him on the telly, he always annoyed the crap out of me anyway.

Sexist comments were bad, but he should have been sacked for having the stain of wearing that blue shirt.

There are some players I associated with Everton, and there are some that I dont.
I think of Mr Lineker as a Leicester player, who just got lost for a single season on his way to Spain.

Suarez in.
Torres out.

While it sounds like a Bilbao shipping forecast what difference/improvement will it make to Liverpool.... and while Torres may not have officially left yet, trust me, he will be going before the weekend is out.

The only thing it means is that Torres will be playing Champions league next year and Suarez won't.........

All these expensive Liverpool transfer targets and not a defender among them. Surely many of the problems this season are at the back, and going to get worse if Reina does one in the summer.
