no idea but City also scored 2 in 5 minutes of injury time at Wembley the same week

We all suffered and benefited at times from poor refs last year but that game was blatant cheating by the official.

rant over

Will you please stop going on about refs? FFS. It’s boring.

It's only fans of 'big clubs' who moan about refs. It's that sense of entitlement you all seem to have manifesting itself in anger towards one individual you can blame rather than yourselves for supporting and perpetuating the increase in expectations that no single club can continue to meet.

You are the problem, as a whiny little fan.

Not true - even us fans of small clubs playing on a council pitch moan about refs.

You are spot on about the whiny fan though ;-)

The whining about specific refs on this thread is the most boring thing going....because it's every single referee every single week and we all know they aren't all bad. It's just so easy to blame them.

It's more boring than me constantly taking the piss out of Spurs. Oh wait, that's not boring is it, at least they don't moan about refs non stop.

It’s now my mission to complain about them even more then... cheers!

Do, the more you do it, the more everyone pities you.

Spurs fans don't moan about refs any more, not since the time we embarrassingly and erroneously, publicly harangued, Chris Hoy the cyclist, on Twitter for weeks.
