They have a shot. Decent batting conditions tomorrow. It was annoying today when they dropped Smith again- thankfully he didn't punish us too badly but he is an absolute steamroller!

I thought the media were a bit dim and gloom because the Aussies retained the Ashes. The draw shows that England retain some quality although we all really wanted the urn.

On to New Zealand and SA for the winter.

Yes i agree. I think if they did not have smith we could have won the series great player. There were a few pluses for England along the way a well deserved win.
