I guess the new owners aren't planning on spending much in the January sales... :p

Just goes to show you can spend money, but that doesn't make things 'right'.

Salah making life easy for Fantasy Football managers this season... no need to rack your brain wondering who to captain every week. At this point I think he may even be surprising himself with his form. Was hoping the Moysiah could give Klopp's men a test this weekend, but they're getting dicked by some Belgian mob as I type this, so never mind.

good to hear from you Bud - spot on with Salah

It's a good start, though some will ask why they don't donate more? Those people can always donate as much as they want to as well.

Vivianne Miedema and Lisa Evans reveal their decision to join Common Goal

“It is not just about donating the money, it is more about who you are and how you want to help, picking a project that you want to be involved with.

Both have pledged to commit at least one per cent of their salary to the social impact movement that now includes over 200 football players and managers.

Good result that and credit to Dodgy Dave for stopping it turning into a cricket score

"This was one-sided in the extreme. Manchester United actually had more shots at David de Gea than they did at Ederson. "

Indeed - I'm Ole's press advisor... I said citeh would be foolish to think they could run up a cricket score and should beware the wounded animal - citeh certainly didn't underestimate them and the work put in planning how to play against 5 defenders and 2 holding mfs obviously bore fruit in spades.

It was a stroll in the park as you suggested it would be though - good call.

Other thought is the comment (I think by civil servant) that Ronaldo has the body of a 25 year old, based on yesterday I'd say that's probably true but his legs and lungs are in the late 30s for sure :p very effective goal hanger but a shadow of the former player - his pressing was laughable but he will still get goals as he remains an excellent finisher. However, yernited need to get players with a top work ethic to make up for him - look at the work Bernado puts in compared to Greenwood et al....

Oh ..... Manchester is Blue

So besides Pep, Tuchel and Klippity which PL managers will still have a job by the end of the season? Villa the latest to sack their manager. Still I guess the payouts are worth it to some.

That would be one way of improving them but it would be so much easier, having built up a pretty decent squad, to employ a coach to better use them or have some specialist coaches to coach them better and make in-game changes in a way that Solskjaer seems incapable of doing.

Many observers were saying that Solskjaer relied on someone doing something special to win or save matches long before Ronaldo returned.
