And this is what make british football the best in the world.
That is true - but in this case West Ham offered to pay for tests for City ahead of the match, and City declined. No idea why they'd decline free tests, especially as one of our strikers has asthma, but then our club has a history of baffling decisions.

So Suarez has gone to Athletics Madrid, him and Costa will make a charming strike partnership I’m sure

Costa can stand on toes while Suarez bites them on the shoulder. But let's not forget Simeone who can throw a couple of extra balls on the pitch to distract and confuse the referee.

WANTED FOR THEFT: Manchester United stole 3 points at Brighton though FA won't be pressing charges. Ed is not signing Sancho as he discreetly bought 2 posts and a crossbar. VAR in OT today. Take the points and run.

Picking Pogba and Matic in the same 11 should be a sackable offence. Incredible the number of times the next player touching the ball after them is in the other team but to have both on the pitch at the same time is crazy.

Nothing ever changes, Man U have won many a title thanks to their 12th man and decisions going their way, was ever the case over the Fergie years

Well I suppose when you are considered as a big club sometimes you get the breaks. I would imagine a ref during a Spurs game when faced with giving them a dodgy penalty or adding a few minutes on is thinking if I do this then even with the points they aren't gonna win the EPL or something so why bother

Penalty was a joke but we should have gone 2 or 3 up when we had the chance....

Yeah our keeper was our best player on the pitch. The new way handball is being applied isn’t working. It’s not a VAR problem, it’s a rule problem.

Agreed. But if the the rule is changed during the season, those clubs penalised by decisions so far are going to feel it's very unfair, which I'd agree with.

I figure we're all stuck with it for the season.

Is this going to be another one of those seasons where all the top teams are shit so some mid table side win it like Everton or Arsenal?
