Default FilmOn Recordings

Since 8 Jan I have been unable to watch any of my FilmOn recordings. It is a little more than two days since some of the programs have been shown. They are marked as Accepted. Has anyone else noticed this?

I also have difficulty accessing the website using the old links that I have always used. The Support link is inactive by any means. I have contacted them using the e-mail address given below the Support link. I have not yet received a reply.

On the same day (8 Jan) I noticed that the audio and video on Horror Channel were out of sync by several seconds. I sent a message about this. An hour or two later I could not stream any channels. A few hours later they returned. It was then I noticed I could not watch any recordings.

It is the same situation on my laptop as well. I cannot access the FilmOn Forum either.

Exactly the same. since 8th. filmon.tv domain is down yet filmon.com still up. Recordings accepted but not becoming available. I sent email to support on the 8th but still had no reply (not in spam either). I assume the server which holds the database is still working yet the server which stores the recordings is not, I guess also that the support forum is also hosted there too. Pretty poor PR that they have not at least informed us via their working website, a response to our emails would be a basic courtesy !! Don't forget to cancel standing order payments to them if this does not resolve.

It is good to know that it is not just happening to me although it is a wider issue to resolve rather than a local one. I received a message from Microsoft Outlook stating that the e-mail I sent was undeliverable probably due to inactivity at the remote host.

News.. check out the posts on the facebook page "FilmOn.TV" (apparently I cant post urls here which is not very useful .. ho hum ..) so go to facebook and search for "flimon.tv"

Same problem for me. Existing recordings play fine, new recordings since ??dunno?? date, but certainly since last Thursday. Zero response from support. Support site not working. Lack of info and support from them is appalling.

Actually, you can post URL's, but because you're a new member they go in to a mod queue until one of us can check and approve it. It's just an anti-spam measure.

Just noticed some good news and some bad news: the vast majority of my recordings are marked as Failed. However one is marked as Recorded (watchable).

FilmOn recordings are working again for me. One from last week failed, but not a programme I'll miss especially. Support site is up again too.

yes, it appears all ok. we have lost everything before the 14th. Since the 14th took them about 24 hrs to upload everything from their recording storage, bit by bit we got them all back from that point.
I complained on support and asked for compensation and got an answer back saying that they will give me 2 weeks free added to this month.
I want to see if they will honor that (keeping a close eye on them from now on) so as I pay by standing order on paypal, i cancelled that and will go back to paying only when it runs out (takes a few minutes each month and does not affect recordings or your account).
lets hope thats the end of the problems

Still not working properly for me, but I have been seeing this message up on the home screen now for the last few days:
