This week (Tues, Weds and Thurs) watching Premier League footie, there were constant interruptions. Sometimes resetting to those technical equipment fillers; sometimes restarting where it left off; sometimes coming back with no commentary but normal sound; sometimes not coming back at all; sometimes an error message, sometimes not. Sometimes "sorry we encountered an unexpected issue."

No customer service available, tried live chat but it was a bot. Useless.

W10 desktop connected to TV. Firefox. Everything up to date. Ethernet connected 180mbps minimum.

Found a bunch of complaints on Reddit about the same days and same matches so it ain't just me.

I managed to find an email address in my history that didn't result in returned email.

I had the same problems but they seemed temporary. Others that I know experienced the same...the problem seems to have gone away.

That was my conclusion too.

I did wonder if it was firefox related. I came to notice that the 4 or 5 tabs I had open also froze when it happened and it still happened with DAZN closed.

I swapped over to Opera and it was perfectly fine. It could have been coincidence or there might have been an issue that affected more than DAZN.

I'll try firefox/dazn when the CL/Europa comes back.
