Broken Mobile phone
#1

Good Morning.
I broke my A65 MEO Smart Phone and dont have any backup. Amazon can log me in to their account via email temporarily, so that I can maybe buy
a cheap one until I can get out and buy a decent one, since I am temporarily housebound. Because mobile phones are not exactly my specialty what are the
pitfalls of me doing this? For instance I don't know the difference between unlocked, sim free etc., and I am sure I won't jbe able to open the box and just use it when it arrives. Meo are my service provider. but over issues like this I don't really want to put myself through that.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thank you C/S I appreciate your advice. Since my post , with the help of Amazon security I've managed to login without a phone for verification.
I have now been able to order a phone and it will be here on tuesday.
Once again thanks for your input.
