Hi all.... I have recently passed my class 1 hgv and looking for a new start and career in canada with my family also my partner has 8 years experience as a dispenser in a chemist
could her qualification have more chance of a work permit than me because I have no experience... any help appreciated thanks

Most trucking companies want 2yrs experience,some 1yr.I couldnt comment on your partners chances of a work permit.When are you planning on moving?

hello neil.. thanks for your advice regarding hgv.. I did live in Calgary in 2009 for 1 year as a bus driver for Calgary transit but the contract finished and a returned home.. I am getting married and would like too return as a hgv driver but need to get some experience first like you said 1 year. any more advice you can give me would be most greatful ie lmo`s etc
