Hi, myself and my wife will be moving to Perth from the UK in a few weeks on a WHV while our residency application is processed. I am looking for work in Perth as a gardener or green keeper.

I have 9 years experience working in various roles on a Marriott hotel and golf course in Derbyshire. I have an NVQ level 2 in Amenity Horticulture. My current position is head gardener and my duties and experience are in the following areas:

Toro ride on mowers
Tractor driving
Tree pruning
Weeding
Mulching
Event preparation
Purchasing
Clearing and repairs
Turf maintenance
Aeration
Scarifying
Coring
Top dressing
Chemical weed treatment
Fertilizing
Flower bedding
Garden design
Tree planting
Stone wall building
Waterway maintenance
Bunker restoration
Irrigation
First aid trained
etc etc

I have experience in all areas of grounds maintenance and heritage estate maintenance.

Very hard worker, reliable and punctual, winner of employee of the year award.

Most people just hire the local lawn mower service but with your skills, might be worth contacting various golf courses?

After your finished with Perth would you have time to move to Auckland?
Gardeners here only do lawn mowing or hedge trimming
