I am currently working in Singapore been here 3 years and cant wait to leave to be honest, I have been looking at Canada and the US as I have always wanted to work there & South Africa is also a possibility as I have a good friend there.

I know the US is very hard unless you can fill some job that Americans cannot do but would love to take a bash at Canada or even SA. I work in IT more so BMC Bladelogic automation which is very rare niche and hard to find jobs related to this.

I have applied on many job sites but never get response I guess they don't take me serious because I am overseas, any suggestions or anyone have any openings IT related?

You need to look at the visa requirements for these countries and see whether you qualify for a visa. If you don;t qualify for a visa you can;t get a job there, and most companies will not deal with you until they know you have a visa.
