Hey, I am currently looking for work in Dubai too. I have done a some research; I have found that it would be better to book a trip there and then spend time networking and applying for jobs.

Apparently most jobs go to employee's friends and family! So networking is key to success. They also have a very different recruitment process, as in cvs have to have the candidate's picture attached.
