Hello, we are a Dutch couple travelling and working in Spain and France in winter and spring.

Hi, be aware that, if you work in France, you must set up a business structure with a fixed address, and pay social charges, take out professional insurance, etc.... Working on the black is penalised both on the worker and the employer, and isn't recommended! Post again on the France forum, asking about the feasibility of such an activity, but without offering your services. I imagine the situation would be the same in Spain....
