Hi everyone...
I'm currently looking for a job, I live in Brantford, Ontario, I have customer service, administrative and various other other experience...motel management, cleaning, tour guide, ex British army. There seems to be lots of jobs out there but I seem to struggle to even get an interview, everybody is looking for better and I think they have a preference for Canadian over expats!
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are you a PR of Canada?
I found for senior management jobs there is a clique in the professions. As in most countries.
But for all other jobs there is reasonable level playing field. It just depends on the degree of competition in the jobs your interested in and you have to cast your net wide and not limit yourself to a particular geographical location.
