The Position
Being a key-part of the front-end development team, you must have a complete understanding of the way the web works today, and what has driven the greatest online successes. You must be experienced in user-oriented systems, and have a strong feeling for the current trends of the web. You will be a leading character in the development process of the user interface, and will be encouraged to seek out new technologies and ideas.
The Candidate
You should have a strong experience in building rich user-interfaces for the web, and master client-side scripting fully. In particular, we are looking for these skills:
2+ years of professional experience from a company focusing on the web
Experience in using AJAX and similar techniques to enable web-services to perform like installed applications
Complete knowledge and experience in working with classic client-side layout like (X)HTML, JavaScript, DOM, CSS.
Experience with working in a layered architecture
Experience in interfacing to a back-end written in ASP.NET
A strong knowledge of limitations and advantages of different clients and browsers
A sense of what looks good
A feeling for end-user needs and demands
The ability to take responsibility for a task and follow it through

We provide free backup of mobile data and aims to be the leader in the convergence of mobile data and the internet. We provide a number of services built on top of the uploaded data and are busy working on a number of innovative services, using the mobile contacts as a platform for a range of social network functions. We have already signed up more than 100,000 users and have signed marketing-partnerships with major mobile operators in Europe and Asia. We are one of only two Danish companies on the Red Herring 100 Europe list.
We are looking for experienced developers for the front-end team, responsible for the end-user experience with our service. The position is highly oriented around the current trends in the user-driven internet sphere. The position requires a responsible candidate that is experienced in the way the web works today. You will be based at our main office on Nørrebro where you will find an energetic and fun-loving environment. English language skills are required.
