VIP Customer Service Executive - Gibraltar
VIP Customer Service Executive
FTSE 100 e-gaming organisation, with significant expansion plans in Gibraltar, is now seeking a VIP Customer Service Executive.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handling wide variety of player queries via emails and phones on player accounts, games, player promotions, technical issues, depositing/withdrawing funds etc.
• Manage a group of players assuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with various teams in Gibraltar and India to resolve customer queries.
• Working on specific projects as required.
Experience, Skills and Education
• Knowledge of both online and brick-and-mortar poker an asset
• Must be able to perform well in a multi-task demanding environment.
• Must be willing to work in shifts
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good logical reasoning skills with analytical approach
• Ability to work as part of a team, in a diverse cultural environment
• Good Windows and Microsoft Office skills
£17000 to £25000pa dependent upon experience.
