Looking for Italian and English-speaking customer service representative
Position Description: International health services company is looking for Customer service representative to back office work in Budapest. The ideal colleague has experience in direct customer management, has good communication skills, speaks Italian and English on a native level and also has dental knowledge.
Responsibilities of position:
• manage incoming phone calls, e-mails
• giving adequate information to patients, and booking appointments
• recording patient data
• management of VIP patients with adequate quality
• notifying and informing patients, informing
• maintaining connection with the clinic
• maintaining connection with patien organizers
• administration
Expectations of position:
• minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience
• top level of Italiand and English language / mother tongue level
• customer focus
• strong sense of responsibility, reliability
• precision
• good team player
• dental knowledge
