Contracts Manager / Administrator (European)
Graduate from a reputable university with a minimum 15 years experience in the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor, out of which 3+ years as Contracts Manager/Administrator. He/She should be capable of handling project QS functions, contractual matters and correspondence. Knowledge of relevant computer applications for financial reporting and tracking is required. Primavera knowledge is an added advantage.

QA/QC Manager
A qualified Engineer with a minimum of 15 years experience, at least five years as a QA/QC Manager. Capable of implementing a Quality Assurance Program at project level for a high quality building project, including setting up of a Quality Assurance Plan/Procedures, enforcing the QA system on main subcontractors, conducting regular audits, leading the QA/QC team on site and coordinating QA/QC matters with the Client’s team.

Senior QC Engineers
Graduate from a reputable university with minimum 10 years experience in QC management and implementation in construction industry. Capable of implementing a QC program at project level for high quality building project, including setting up of a QA Plan/Procedures, enforcing the QC system on main subcontractors, conducting regular audits, leading the QA/QC team on site and co-coordinating QC matters with the Client's team.

Civil Planning Engineer
A University Degree in Engineering with a track record of planning on medium to large size projects with recognized construction companies. At least 10 years in construction/civil engineering industry. The successful candidate will be fully conversant with precedence networking, with full working knowledge and proved usage of Primavera P3 software. Presenting the schedule of work, liaising with the site managements, providing advice and support to the site planning engineers. Experienced in leading meeting with subcontractors, site managers, planning engineers to co-ordinate subcontract schedule and day-to-day operations Experience in planning multi-projects with logic & a resource interlinks, setting up and maintenance of Critical path networks, including updating, reporting and implementation of logic and resource changes, as required.

Building Planning Engineer

HSE Training Manager
My Client in Qatar is looking for an HSE Training Manager with a Minimum High School Degree, preferably with BSC in related HSE Field.
A total of 20 years experience is required, with at least 15 years of Construction site experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Heavy Civil with a minimum of 5 years Hands-On experience in the HSE Field (Training) with International Construction Companies. The candidate must have excellent command of spoken and written English, A High level of computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets & presentations), In depth knowledge of HSE International Codes & Standards is required. E.g. CFR, OSHA, NFPA, British Safety Standard.
