I’m currently a consultant with a company who specialise in engineering employment and executive recruitment. They are in the fortunate position of being well connected with many of the major Consulting Engineering firms, Australia-wide. With all engineering sectors, in particular civil infrastructure and transport, currently booming here in Queensland, these firms are always looking out for suitably qualified and experienced engineering personnel.

They’ve currently got a large number of positions available, many of them senior some not so, which we’ve been tasked with filling. Hi Kath,

Yes, I have 6 years experience as a project engineer, responsible for delivering turnkey substations projects, including managing the civil works portion.

The largest substation I was responsible for was 400/220kV.

We're looking to fill several positions with a global consulting engineering firm based in Brisbane. They urgently require a senior engineer with experience in contaminated land management. Also looking for a couple of geo-tech / geo-environmental engineers again for roles within their contaminated land management department.
