THE OPPORTUNITY
Sierra Systems Group is looking for a Business Support / Document Management Administrator for a six month term position to start in early March. The successful candidate will provide senior level administrative support to the Directors, Principals and Consultants and will suit someone who is proactive, flexible and organized.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Provide administrative support to the Directors, Principals and Consultants.
• Coordinate and produce large multimillion dollar proposals and presentations, including content creation, editing, proof reading, graphics and formatting.
• Prepare and manage various documents such as resumes and contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date client contact information.
• Create the monthly employee newsletter.
• Administer various SharePoint sites.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years experience working as an Executive Assistant in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SharePoint would be an advantage.
• Demonstrable with document management.
• Extremely well-organized and able to multitask.
• Proven editing and proof-reading skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others.
• Ability to deal with multiple senior staff in a demanding environment with often tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
