Brisbane: Sales & Operations Analyst

This Australian manufacturing success story, employing over 600 people across Australia and New Zealand, produce well-recognised branded products from a modern manufacturing facility located on Brisbane’s South-side. Selling nationally through specialist and independent retailers, they achieve an annual turnover in excess of $150m and represent over 40% of the Australian automotive after-market.
As Sales & Operations Analyst you will support the Sales Operations Manager and the field team by effectively reviewing and analysing sales operations and by way of supporting key marketing initiatives. You will be involved in analysing sales and inventory data, pricing matrixes and incentive schemes, as well as providing reports and creating monthly forecasts. On the operations side you will support the field team and clients regarding warranties, invoicing, and credits and also recognise training opportunities. By analysing processes and procedures, you will identify solutions and give recommendations to improve efficiencies.
With over 2 years experience in a similar role, you will have experience with software tools such as Excel and Access. SQL and PowerPlay experience would be very beneficial. You are energetic with an analytical mindset and an eye for detail. This is a team orientated role, so good communication skills and a desire to interface directly with the clients is necessary.
