i have been trying to get on any mining job anywhere for the last year or so ,i was prepared to shovel shite to get on one .
i put my resume in and write to these companys and do i get a reply ,well the answer is a big fat NO .
So in my opinion they have no shortage or they cant be bothered to train people up .
