Is there room for a category dealing with Japan?

I apologise if this reiterates what other people have already said, but is there room for a sub-category under Far East dealing with Japan, like there is for Singapore at the moment?

To be honest, I was thinking this too and would also really appreciate it if we could have one (my OH is Japanese so it may be on the cards for me at some point).

Could be generally useful too considering the amount of Brits over there teaching English at the moment. :)

There are also thousands of us living in China ! Not just teaching either - as many companies have relocated over here.
I think more countries could be categorized to make it easier to find what you want to know.

Yes but those people don't count because most of them are only in China to assist in the exploitation of 3rd world labour. ;)

Oh....and I thought being close to a fast growing market was the reason !

That's the reason they like to give.

That's like BT saying that the reason for them moving their call centre operations over to India so that their management team could get a decent curry and soak up the ambience. The company that I worked for a couple of years ago moved everything over to Manila, mainland China, Slovakia and Poland, it's purely a cost reason unfortunately.
