As an American in Italy for the last 20 years I have no fancy for USA soccer, and since Italy won in 2006 I would love to see England win it this time. I am so pissed at Lippi for not bringing Cassano that it makes my stomach turn and I do think English football is fantastic, so much less bull from week to week plus Capello is Italian. I am sorry about yesterday's game, that goalie probably could shoot himself!
ps I like Rooney too, have no idea why though..seems unfair that someone like Beckham could have been so good at football and so nice to look at, nice to see someone like Rooney who looks like a cabbie be such a miracle maker on the field!

Could be although I dont remember Capello as being the religious sort. Could be against Ribery he looks alot like a vampire...
