What i found slightly troubling is that if you have no link with your country of citizenship - ie youve sold your house and dont go often, it may be that the UK could now deny you doing your succession under your citizenship country, as you have frankly bog all to do with the UK and therefore it must be under Italian law. Im sure Charlotte will correct me if Im wrong, but thats the impression Ive got from reading all the bumph.
