I noticed on BBC breakfast this morning that although we are having a warm/hot week in the UK, that you are having a lot of rain this week but especially Thursday which looks really really bad. Poor you. Still, my two week (not long enough boo hoo) Italian holiday was, according to Mr. Teapot: "more like Bognor in March". *No offence to Bognor. *Other UK seaside towns can be substituted. ;op

hi,we drove home in june,spent 3 days in lido di jesolo,weather was great then, the downer was watching england get beat again in a restaurant full of germans,cheers brian.,

Had a long weekend in Sottomarina as yesterday was a holiday in most of Vicenza. The weather was generally nice. The sea was not as warm as it was in August but overall it was warm and sunny.
Incidently, what do you call this regional holidays? Patron Saint's holiday?

Well if you are finding it chilly now....what are you going to do in winter? I saw a forcast for Jan/Feb 2016 and it says minus degrees for most of the middle to south and very very Brrrrr for the north.

Seeing it hasnt rained in Eastern Sicily since the beginning of June, we cant complain too much for a few rainy days in November!
