Resident Bank Accounts
Hi,
I had a non-resident account but now I am resident, the offerings from this bank seem very poor indeed.. i.e. bank charges etc...
Is there any banks that offer free banking etc...
I am looking for a bank that offers free banking/credit card in Italy. I plan to be working in Italy (self).

My Unicredit current account has a €1.00 monthly fee, and provides a debit card (with free withdrawals from Unicredit Group ATMs' only). It has Internet banking which is cumbersome but works well. Its credit card is expensive, with a hefty annual fee and a charge for each use!

Re: Resident Bank Accounts
You could try looking at the basic banking services provided by ING / Hello or Che Banca online.

You must look at the possibilities yourself, in detail, rather than asking other people when they don't know your situation or anything else about the account/accounts that you're interested in. And if you can't speak Italian, either a) learn it, or b) do something else.
