Some Advice Please!!
 

:) Hi
I am looking for a property in Tuscany I can use as a holiday home, but be able to rent out the rest of the year. What areas should I look at for all year round rental and what pitfalls should I be aware of.

I am new to all this and any advice would be welcomed.
