Solicitors in italy

Hi, I hope you can help me. Has anyone used Giambrone solicitors London/Italy for a property purchase? I am just embarking on my first purchase in Italy as a second home and I have obtained 4 different solicitor quotes and this company have been the most helpful so far but I have not decided who to go with as yet. Any recommendations or advice will be more than welcome. I am Essex based in the UK

Thanks so much. After posting last night I saw other reviews on them. Back to the drawing board on this Modicasa I think. It is a mind field!

If I'm not mistaken, the company you mentioned was banned from this website years ago. If not banned, they were certainly discussed and not favourably.

If you are a UK citizen I would suggest that you only use a solicitor or firm of solicitors that is governed by the SRA. (Solicitors Regulation Authority). In the hopefully unlikely event of any legal malpractice you should then have access to the compensation fund.
