Self report form for flight arrival at Bari.
 

Hi everyone, hope you are all well!
My sister is travelling to visit with us for a few days, flying from Liverpool to Bari. She has been sent a form to complete: https://www.regione.puglia.it/web/salute-sport-e-buona-vita/-/chiarimenti-sulle-disposizioni-relative-agli-ingressi-in-puglia-a-partire-dal-3-giugno
Problem, she will be staying with us in Basilicata, but the form insists that she registers the address of her stay and only gives Puglua as an option?
I have advised her to complete as much of the form as possible and leave it open on her phone. I have also give her as much info as I can imagine she will need, for use when confronted by immigration at Bari.

Non deve compilare il modulo chi fa ingresso in Puglia per esigenze lavorative, per motivi di salute, per ragioni di assoluta urgenza, nonché per il transito e trasporto delle merci alla filiera produttiva da/per la Puglia.
This says that if you are passing thru (transito) Puglia you dont fill it in.

But look at point 3 - "Il modulo di autosegnalazione andrà compilato per qualsiasi soggiorno che abbia previsto almeno un pernottamento." So it doesn't apply to her.

Ok, thanks. Thought the bit that mattered was "arriving in Apulia from another region or country"
