Default Residential cooking classes

My wife and sister in law are looking for a place that offers a residential long weekend Italian cuisine cooking class. Somewhere within a reasonable distance from an international airport would be great. They do not speak Italian but obviously happy to enjoy the experience in a language middle ground.

Any suggestions for locations or recommendations from personal experience would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi, welcome, no problem really. Italy is littered with what you are looking for.
For the most reliable and long term experience of just what you are looking for, you could try Giardino degli Esperidi in Sant'Agnello, next door to Sorrento.
Lots of other set ups on the Sorrento Peninsula. A quick google should bring them all to the surface.
Good luck, and my independent advice , Giardino degli Esperidi.

Lets cook in Umbria gets some good reviews. Only an hour and a half out of Rome.
