residency permit for non-EEA spouse
Hi,
I will be moving to Italy on a 12 month contract that has been signed with my limited company in the UK.
I am a British citizen and my wife is a US citizen, currently in the UK on a student visa.
I'm interested in what we will need to do to for her to stay with me in Italy.
I'd like some official acknowledgement that we are staying there so that if need be we can get an EEA family permit visa for her on return to the UK.
