Has anyone with full permanent residency changed their address since Brexit? Is the procedure the same as pre-Brexit? If not, what extra hurdles are there?

Are you staying in the same comune or not? I shouldn't think Brexit makes a difference since registering residency is an Italian thing. Iy might be easier if you're staying in the same comune as they might know you and will have been the ones to issue you with your certficato di residenza permanente.

Fingers crossed. And just in case you didn't know, don't bother asking the comune for a new ID card when you change address because you won't get one until the current one expires.
