Lorna, that's pretty much my recipe for sweet pancakes, delicious! But for the savoury ones I don't use milk, just water.

Just wondering, does the pea powder/flour/puree come in a narrow and long sachet? It's not bad either for making an instant sauce to go over veggies...

And Mick_P good idea regarding pea-pancakes too... as a base, then add in what you want - sounded lovely! am getting hungry now :blink:

You're welcome mothra and yes it comes in a long narrow sachet, 85 grams and 2 portions it says.Brand name PEDON. 2 minutes to prepare with 650 mls of water.
