Lorna, that's pretty much my recipe for sweet pancakes, delicious! But for the savoury ones I don't use milk, just water.

It's not bad either for making an instant sauce to go over veggies... And Mick_P good idea regarding pea-pancakes too... as a base, then add in what you want - sounded lovely! am getting hungry now :blink: |
