Default Moving to Italy - some tax questions...

Could anyone tell us, if we move to Italy and rent out our house in our home country, what is the tax liability in Italy?

Thanks!

Where is your home country, assuming it is the UK you have a potential tax liability on UK based rental income and there is a double taxation agreement in force between the UK and Italy which may help to offset any Italian tax liability on UK rental income.

Actually we're currently in Belgium not the UK. If we became resident in Italy though I would assume we would be liable to pay tax on the income in Italy but not sure about percentages etc.
