Moving to italy-removals

Hi, Can any one give advise on the best way to get furniture/house contents from uk to Italy Le Marche. Would we be best to hire a removal firm (any suggestions) also cheapest way. Has anyone driven their own furniture in a hire lorry? Is there any one that does one way hire?
Any help appreciated.

Have a look at page 8 of this forum.

There is a thread entitled "removal companies".

You might get some help from reading through the posts on there.

As with anything, ring round and get a few quotes for comparison. Independent removal companies can be good.

A company I know of in the UK is Harrow Green Global Moving Solutions, they are part of a network of companies and I notice they were recommended by someone else in another thread. Here is the website, hope it helps...
