Back again, so many questions.

Does anybody know of a mobile phone provider who offers a package which includes making calls to Europe from here?

I have this, too. Just one thing. You do not need a foreign passport, -I used my Italian ID - but you do need a CdF issued to citizens born abroad.

That sounds perfect. I've just tried to apply online but I can't get it to go through. I did use my Carta d'identity but my CdF does confirm I was born abroad. Maybe I'll try again with my passport..... I nearly went with Tim International but discovered just in time that europe or the UK are not included within the allowance......
