Lexidy

Anyone used lexidy services to help with visa, property purchase and/or tax assistance in Italy? Reviews are good, just wondering if fees are high or worth it?

I cant help with the tax or visa question, but as far as real estate goes, they do nothing that the agent and notary won't do. All they can do is run off public documents. The notary will run off probably two visure ipotecarie before the sale to make sure there is no lien or debt on the property. The agent and the sellers should provide everything else.
