i give up, you obviously have not read my post properly.this is a forum for brits living in italy mainly and we are entitled to express an opinion as long as it isnt liableous etc.a lot of brits lost some of or all their life savings down here due to nonexistent off plan properties, this scam was quite elaborate with lawyers, cosher estate agents and the mafia all involved, the authoritys knew this in advance but let these brits get scammed to consolidate their case and then siezed all the assets of these organisations, including part built properties, with no hope of these innocent people getting a penny back because it was laundered drug money etc.so if you think ive got any respect for your law enforcement agencies etc then think again mate,if you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

Italy's Renzi tries new reform plan as economy sinks | Reuters

New reforms?

I'm still looking for the old/recent new reforms.

And I know it's considered mandatory for many leaders to tweet these days but surely if anyone should be told to lay off the tweets it's Renzi?

Sblocca-Italia da recessione per Renzi tra piani ridimensionati, rinvii e pochi soldi - Il Fatto Quotidiano

Depressingly predictable.

I wonder how the school reform they announced's actually going to turn out - Cdm, slittano le misure sulla scuola. Sblocca Italia, Padoan: "Le coperture ci sono". Riforma della Giustizia, Renzi da Napolitano - Repubblica.it

Is Luigi Angeletti bad at maths, or does July have 69 days in Italy?

Probably, but the article is a bit incomplete. Angeletti gave the 1000 jobs a day speech 2 years ago. He was, I think, referring back to that. July is always a bad month. August factories close down and some close permanently. Average out a year and you'll probably get that 1000 a day.
