The development is completed & the build quality is good. The developers Bella Calabria have created major problems by asking buyers for more money on completion.
Did you get a letter from your lawyer informing you of this situation?
With the global recession & the current exchange rates buyers simply cannot afford to pay more - some have asked for their money back but will not be paid in full as Italian Connections are refusing to return their commission.
The whole situation is a mess.
I suggest you contact your lawyer.

BOUGHT IN RESIDENTIAL ISCA MARINA FACING ISCA CALABRETTA.NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.REFUSED TO PAY ANYMORE MONEY TO BUILDER.NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHATS HAPPENING.ITS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.HOPING TO SORT OUT NOTORY SOON. BEST OF LUCK WITH YOUR PROPERTY.

I was buying in the same development but have decided to pull out as the developers have put up the prices. My contract is invalid as it was not signed by the builder before he died. If you want more info sign on to the Incalabria forum & send me a pm.
