Default Holiday Let Property Management in Alba

Hi All

We are very excited about having just purchased our first property in Italy, which will be a holiday let near Mango, Alba. Does anybody have details of companies that could provide property management services for changeover days? The services required would be cleaning, changing bed linen & towels, grass cutting, pool cleaning as well as contacts for general services such as plumbers & electricians. My Italian language skills are limited to holiday / restaurant Italian and whilst improving, it would be helpful if any contacts spoke some English or alternatively had an email address so I could converse with the help of Google translate. Any advice would be gratefully received. Many thanks

Best of luck for your venture.
I’ve seen a number of posts on this subject, here and/or elsewhere and unfortunately it seems difficult to find someone to do this work. Quite often the same advice comes up to ask locally if anyone is interested. From what I’ve read this is not cheap! Obviously it may be a little harder without reasonable Italian, but a pre-written (google) note could help.
Still worth a try here, so hopefully someone is interested.

Thank you for your response. I am definitely beginning to see how challenging this is going to be

I have contact numbers for various people interested in performing some of the tasks - unfortunately they don't reply to any of my texts so finding somebody that can at least have a discussion with them might be the next best option.

Good luck with your project. I have never visited that area of Italy.. What are the main attractions for a tourist?
