Yes, £2.5 each will stave off 1.3 million returning to help the NHS survive!

That will just pay for a capuccino and a cornetto in my COOP coffee bar. It doesnt say how I get it. Seems a bit vague on the details.

I suppose thats one way to save a lot of money post Brexit. When Trump said the NHS will be part of the Brexit talks there was a hint that healthcare in the UK might be paid for by the consumer.
