A bit off topic...............

Having had my third jab of the vaccine here in Italy, I have printed the paper document to support it for my green pass. I cannot seem to update my 'Immuni' app to reflect it. The app still shows that I have had 2 of 2 jabs. I expected it to show 3 out of 3 ?

Have I missed something ??

Do you have an Authcode? If so, go to cdg.gov.it then 'come ottenere certificazione ' and follow instructions. If you don't have your authcode you can request it on the same site.

I tried that, and tried it again with the AUTHCODE received via text,

All goes well until it I come out of the setup and hey presto....................no update !

Not sure what to try next ?!

Our digital certificate does not show the number of vaccines. Have you tried that? You can check, using another phone, by using the VerificaC19 app.

Anyway, thanks for the help and suggestions..............

Apparently according to my local farmacia, I needed to delete my app and re install it and...hey presto....................all is good ..blimey heck !!
