Fat people - I need help

Re: Fat people - I need help
That's good advice. I'll will start from this very moment. No snacks this afternoon. Then after work I'll got postural gym and I'll be home around 8.30. I'll have just salad for dinner and no snacks or booze.

As soon as you've had the salad take a sleeping pill and go to bed . That should cover points 1 +3+4 at least for day one

Nesquick and banana, maple syrup, peanut butter! You can keep one or 2 things for son and nothing else! Don't buy them!
Not all Wellness centres are snooty. Admittedly, not cheap though.
You could attempt to catch Salmonella. Another fast way to lose weight.

managed to lose 2 stone in 6 months - and needed to after a "minor" injury twisting my knee in the snow and ice twice in a week.
reduced the wine from two to one bottles a day, ate more fresh fruit, had things like apple+cheese with toast for breakfast. Lunch similar.
Mediterranean diet for evening dinner, but make sure it is size monitored.
if there is the desire to snack - especially when using the computer - then try fresh fruit.
same with drinks, reduce the sugar by 50% or more, use smaller cups instead of large mugs.
most importantly - daily exercise walking, most things from our house are up hill in this village so it is necessary anyway. Hide the car keys and only use it when going out of the village or you have a large load. Use a granny trolley for the shopping. But try to increase a) the distance and b) the speed on a weekly basis.
But - provide yourself a present at the end of each week. Just don't turn it into a pig-out.
Remember to stick to the clock, always have meals at the same time, usually approx 6-7 hours apart.

Diarrhoea-guaranteed. Go eat some old cheese or better still prawns.
Anorexia is difficult to maintain Duffer unless one is totally committed and under the age of 25 when starting.
Bulimia is a practised art but can have very positive results.

Well, just thought of something-the PUG.
Now it is the right time to talk to musus about it, get the pug and go walk it, surely she prefers a dog to a pot belly husband

Duffer - have you tried glancing at reflection in a full length mirror, in the windows of a shop ??
that can be a as your mind doesn't realise how fat you have got and who is that freak standing next to the wife?

Connie, more photos please! And what's the difference between anorexia and bulimia?
Garbatellamike, what do you mean by treats?
Isakat, offer of a threesome still stands. Perhaps with Connie?
Hadenough - are you saying that when I get an urge to snack I should take a sleeping pill instead?
Domino, everytime I look in the mirror I think 'wow I'm one good looking mother******' so the more mirrors around the better. So not sure that your advice will help. Also, I had really found your previous post interesting until I got to 'GRANNY TROLLEY FOR SHOPPING' bit - WTF?? I need to lose some KG not my dignity. And I don't live in a village!
Anyway, today I am at 85.8kg because I had only a magnum mini ice cream for dinner and 2 beers. I really didn't want to drink but it was the neighbour's fault. He was looking after Brando whilst I was at the gym and OH had gone to the cinema. When I went to collect him I had a little chat and all of a sudden he pulled out the beers.
So when I got back home, I saw that the OH had prepared dinner of 3 sausages and mashed potato - I resisted temptation and ate just the ice cream. So when she got home she had a go at me for not eating the dinner. So what I'll do is eat half of that for lunch and the rest for dinner. No booze tonight either.

Domino gave you a bad example about shop windows, absolutely, no, do not go anywhere near mirrors or glass, they will shutter from your ego.
I still think the pug is a better idea.

Do you only have sausages in your house?
Starving yourself will only make you pig out later.
Be sensible and eat something sensible.

I need to do some tricky dicky stuff in order to convince the OH to get a pug. Taking it for walks is definitely one of the plus points.

Re: Fat people - I need help
I'm a newbie on this site, and haven't yet got the measure of the BE Enthusiasts' banter – but a number of posts (including the OP's) seem rather tongue in cheek.
I guess that the 'elephant in the room' (so to speak) is the amount of time that the OP is evidently spending in this forum: My advice would be (since you ask): Eat and drink a little less; drastically reduce your consumption of Magnums and other such no-no's; and, 'soprattutto', halve the time you spend each day on BE and go for a walk instead. You'll soon see the kilos start to drop off.
