I also have opted for Transponder 51 a year. Subscribed 6 or so months ago. Live streaming good, but terrible recording issues for first few months, which now seem to have been ironed out,in fact they returned us €10 as compensation for the inconvenience.

Haven't tried recording,we've got the cheapest package with only a couple of hours recording.We can get any soaps that we've missed on the internet.

OK,that revelation may solve the problem.We used to use tvcatchup in Italy,but was no longer available outside the UK after a few months of use.The site diverted us to transponder.tv and we registered with them.I suggest you register with tvcatchup in the UK and when or if you return to Italy you can then change over.Cheers,Brian.PS that's my theory anyway.

Check the padlock or your anti-virus... It's an odd thing that happens too often for my liking, either the browser, AV or ISP's DNS blocking access... Fortunately it happens not too often - I just use another device normally
