If you have a VPN TVcatchup is still working.

I use PIA VPN that is less than 3dollars per month. Not excessive.

That sounds reasonable, but to be honest we manage by various sites,to watch most of our favourites. Is it true that a vpn slows down your computer,I think I read it somewhere.I get by,but basically not completely computer literate, cheers,Brian.

I have the VPN switched on all the time. A big advantage is that it stops TIM from monitoring what you are doing. In the US companies like TIM can legally sell your browser history.

I still reckon TV Mucho is the best, same uk channels as Film On I think, but €48 per year and you can go backwards one week. Brilliant quality too. Liked TV catch up but wasn't the best quality image.

With tv catchup we used a spare iPhone with a 3 way lead, iphone, hdmi and usb for charging. The sound goes out of sync and it freezes now and then. With transponder tv we can use our laptop, hdmi to hdmi,a lot better. Will let you know what channels are left over the weekend, cheers,Brian.

Transponder.tv, you will lose beeb1, ITV and Channel 4. Paid plans start at €4 per month or 6.50 allows you to use on 2 devices and gives 10 hrs recording. For 8.50 you get 20 hrs recording and can use 3 devices.
My free trial period expired a few days ago and I am considering my options. I use the free vpn from Opera to download stuff and watch sport on Mobdro.

Hi, with TVMucho the €48 per year gives you unlimited viewing on one device. It also has the Chromecast button built into it for watching on a bigger TV etc .
I'm watching it now on my PC but also have the app in my tablet and phone .

The 10 hours is how much you can have recorded at any time. If you fill it up you would need to delete something before you can record a new programme. Viewing tv live is unlimited.
